Produce

This week’s fresh harvest includes fewer offerings but we hope to gear back up next week: 

  • Beets

  • Blueberries (frozen)

  • Cabbage

  • Carrots

  • Garlic—very limited!

  • Herbs—Many dried options, fresh are re-growing in our hoops! 

  • Mixed Greens—very limited!

  • Mushrooms—Chef’s Sampler (mix of Maitake Frondosa, Trumpet Royale, Grey Oysters, Alba and Brown Clamshells), limited Wednesday and more on Thursday

  • Potatoes—Fingerlings and Kennebecs . . . amazing flavor! 

  • Pumpkins and other Winter Squash (and gourde) varieties including autumn frost and Musqee de Provance (Fairytale Pumpkins) and more! 

  • Sweet Potatoes

  • Turnips

As always, our produce is GMO-free and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides — and we make sure it stays that way, even for crops that are tricky to grow naturally!

Dairy & Eggs

This week’s options include:

  • Grass-fed, organic, non-homogenized, low heat pasteurized cow's milk, butter (Small Acres Specialty Farms tub butter only), cheese (cottage, GGC sharp cheddar, Alpine style premium reserves and a variety of others), French Dip, Kefir (plain), sour cream, whipping cream, and yogurt (vanilla and plain this week)! 

  • Chicken and Duck eggs this week!

  • Joe's Bread: Fresh Sourdough Bread Daily and this week we'll have Joe's brioche buns (hamburger and sausage / hotdog) and bagels frozen Wed to Sat!! We also have multiple varieties of Joe's bone broth made with our all-grass-fed beef bones, pork, and chicken bones this week! And we'll keep trying to keep up with this demand from week-to-week!
